Sonoma Bourbon and Sonoma Rye are reminiscent of a more traditional style of whiskey. These uniquely robust and full-bodied expressions are the result of double distillation process in handmade copper pot stills. Sonoma Bourbon has a mashbill made out of 70% corn, 25% wheat and 5% malted barely. Bottled at 46% ABV.

The Sonoma County Distilling Company is a distillery founded in 2010 in the heart of Sonoma County tasked with producing high quality whiskeys for the discerning whiskey drinker.
