Paranubes is one of the first rum from the Oaxaca region, Mexico. Genuine representation of its place of origin, this expression is made by wild fermenting fresh pressed juice of sugarcane. Grown in the rich soil of master distiller Jose Luis Carrera’s farm, the sugar canes are 100 % organic. This liquid is distilled at 54 % ABV.
