Kilchoman‘s Machir Bay is an award-winning Single Malt that is an excellent representation of Scotland’s infamous Islay region.
This signature peated single malt is comprised of a vatting of Kilchoman distillates matured in both bourbon and sherry casks.
Named after Islay’s most spectacular beach, the high proportion of bourbon barrels create a distinct balance of classic Islay character and fresh floral complexity.

Profile: smoky and elegant. Nose: stewed fruits, peat smoke and ash. Palate: full-bodied, stewed fruits continue to develop alongside soft vanilla, candied citrus, earth, fresh barley and pepper. Finish: long and enduring, with classic maritime notes characteristic of Islay whiskies.
