Distilled in Guyana in 2003, this unique rum has been filled into an ex-Bourbon barrel locally. It was distilled in pot stills from fermented molasses.

This barrel spent a few weeks in Guyana before crossing the Atlantic Ocean to age nearly 16 years in the European climate before being bottled at its natural proof of 60.4%.

There were only 251 bottles originally available from this wonderful single cask rum

Nose : Demerara sugar, white fruits, elegant nose.

Palate : Straight and vegetal, cooked mango.

Finish : Peppery notes.
