Tasting Notes

Nose : Both fresh and heady. Fresh with notes of chlorophyll and mint; heady with strong camphor and medicinal balm. It balances out by gradually revealing a delicately peppery and lemony liqueur. A sense of serenity and great purity radiates from this magnificent nose.

Palate : Powerful and firm. With persuasive strength, it envelops the palate in a fine layer of agave syrup. The mid-palate becomes more rustic and impressively bitter (walnut husk). Successive waves of salt and pepper invigorate the finish, which evolves into stone fruits (apricot, peach).

Finish : Long and concentrated, showing both richness and subtlety. Taking time to savor it reveals absolutely delicious hearts of agave. The retro-olfaction continues to amplify the agave’s character, complemented by exotic fruits (pineapple). The empty glass carries delicate notes of lemon, pepper, and salt.
