Flora Antillarum, a new range from bottler Velier, highlights distilleries from Guadeloupe through the flowers of the Caribbean. This agricultural rum from the Bologne distillery is a blend of three different wood barrels (new barrels and ex-cognac barrels) which gives it a complex profile.

Nose : Cashew, mild tobacco, clementine, honeysuckle flower, toasted bread, as well as elegant woody notes.
Palate : Nicely balanced with notes of buttered bread, tangerine zest, roasted hazelnuts, nutmeg, pepper, ginger and gingerbread.
