Distilled in 1975, this Black Tot Demerara has been forgotten for 40 years in the barrel. The juice comes from the Port Mourant distillery. Former distillery of British Guiana famous for its inimitable style coming from a double wooden pot still dating back to the 18th century. Now owned by Demerara Distillers Ltd, this still continued to produce Port Mourant even after the original distillery closed (closed in the 1950s).

Nose : Dense, aniseed, black olives, tobacco, pine forest scent.
Palate : Rich, balanced, cherry concentrate, cloves, fennel, raisins, black fruits, spicy and smoky notes.
Finish : Smooth, the aromatic palette continues to develop for a long time.
