Tasting Notes

Colour
: Dark Mahogany.

Nose : Rich, concentrated. A very nice bitterness (clove, dark beer) follows a chocolate marble during the first nose. Subsequently, roasted sequences make the depth of this nose stand out. Then, the second nose beautifully reveals the malted barley.

Palate : Fresh, oxidative. Liqueur-like, the palate attack reveals notes of orange and cherry. Spicy and powdery (paprika), the mid-palate is superb. Flavors of dark chocolate appear during a very concentrated finish. Very elegant, the aeration is filled with fruits.

Finish : Delicate, complex. From the beginning, the cherry from the palate attack returns here in the form of an eau-de-vie. Very airy (sour candies), it becomes increasingly rich (ground coffee). The aftertaste shows a very nice freshness.
