Tasting Notes

Nose : Delicately licorice, marked by ripe fruits (pear, apple, peach), vanilla, and the sweetness of malted barley. It evolves into more floral notes (lilac, lavender).

Palate : Ample, malty, revealing notes of fermentation (yeast, beer). It develops into cocoa bean and exotic fruits (banana).

Finish : Sweet, spicy (nutmeg, clove), also revealing fruitiness and finely herbaceous (green malt). It extends to citrus (grapefruit) and toffee.
