The Carbet distillery had already delighted us with superb age accounts in the past, but it had never bottled a 19-year-old rum. Tasting old barrels, the Neisson distillery decided to blend two vintages: 2000 and 2001 to give a finely wooded and extremely delicate product. A small exception in the Neisson ecosystem that will seduce the most knowledgeable amateurs.
